Fried Tenggiri
Sambal Kicap
Ingredients
50 g | Toasted belacan |
3 tbsp | Thick soy sauce |
3-4 | Red onion, sliced |
2 | Red chillies, sliced |
3-4 | Red bird’s eye chillies, sliced |
2 tbsp | Sugar |
Method
- Combine toasted belacan with thick soy sauce, and smash.
- Add in red onion, red chilies, red bird’s eye chilies and sugar, mixed well.
- Ready to serve.
Tenggiri fish
Ingredients
600 g | Tenggiri fish (mackerel) |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
Sufficient | Cooking oil |
Some | Cucumber |
Some | Tomatoes |
Ingredients A: mixed evenly
½ tsp | Salt |
2 tsp | Curry powder |
Method
- Marinate fish with AJI-NO-MOTO® and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Add in ingredients (A), mix well. Set aside.
- Heat up oil and fry fish until golden brown.
- Serve with cucumber, tomatoes and sambal kicap.
