Green Sambal

Green Sambal is delicious with hot rice with simple menus like fried chicken and fried fish. The recipe is also easy and quick

Enough to cook Cooking Oil
Ingredients A: (for steaming)
20 – 25 Green Chillies (sliced)
10 Bird’s Eye Green Chillies (sliced)
4 Shallots
2 cloves Garlic
2 Green Tomatoes (cut into four)
Ingredients (B): (to taste)
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Sugar
½ tsp Lime Juice
  1. Steam ingredients (A) for 5 minutes and roughly pounded
  2. Heat up oil and saute until fragrance.
  3. Seasong with (B) and cook for a while.
  4. Serve with rice and dishes.
