HAPPY IN LAUGHTER (SPECIAL FLAVOURED PRAWNS)
|2 – 3 tbsp||Corn flour|
|A few dashes of||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper|
|2 nos||Salted egg yolk (Steamed till cooked and mashed)|
|1 stalk||Curry leaves|
|3||Bird’s eye chillies, diced|
|1 tbsp||TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning|
|2 tbsp||Castor sugar|
|¼ tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
- Trim prawn feelers and legs neatly.
- Sprinkle some corn flour over the prawns and add a dash of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper over.
- Deep-fry prawns until golden. Dish out.
- Heat butter and oil in wok, once oil is hot add in curry leaves, bird’s eye chillies, oats and salted egg yolks. Fry briefly to combine.
- Add in seasonings (A) followed by prawns. Toss and fry briefly until aromatic.
