Hawaiian Burger

Introducing you a delicious, savory, sour sweet yet juicy Hawaiian Burger. You will feel like you in Hawaiian Islands after the first bite! Let's try to have this!

Ingredients:
| Enough | Cooking oil |
| 1 pcs | Beef/ Chicken burger patty |
| 10 shakes | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| 1 slice | Pineapple slice |
| 10 g | Margarine |
| 1 no | Burger bun, cut into 2 and spread margarine |
| Enough | Mayonnaise |
| 1 pcs | Lettuce (or shredded cabbage – optional) |
| 2 shakes | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
| Enough | Chili sauce |

Heat the cooking oil. Grill burger patty over medium heat until cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides of patty during cooking. Keep aside.

Grill pineapple slice until each side is slightly browned. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 2 times on each side of pineapple during cooking.

Toast the bun until slightly brown both sides.

On bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, burger patty, pineapple slice, then pipe mayonnaise, chili sauce and top with 2 shakes of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Then place the top bun.
