Hearty Beans and Gingko Nuts Dessert

This nutritious high protein dessert is suitable for all age group. By using Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener it can definitely brings the best taste out of the legumes without worrying much on the calories.
|90 g||Red beans|
|60 g||Green beans|
|70 g||Black-eyed beans|
|60 g||Split mung beans|
|90 g||Gingko nuts|
|3 – 4||Pandan leaves, knotted|
|12 – 14 sachets||Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener|
- Soak red beans, green beans, black-eyed beans, barley and split mung beans separately overnight. Drain each bean well.
- Bring water to a boil. Add in all the beans, barley and pandan leaves. Cook to a boil. Cover slightly and cook over medium low heat for 45 minutes.
- Halfway through add gingko nuts. Continue to cook until all beans are tender.
- Add in Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener or if preferred, add adequate amount of Pal Sweet® Low-Calorie Sweetener to taste to each bowl served. Stir to mix then dish out to serve.
