Herbal Rice

Ingredients
1 ½ cup | Rice grain, washed |
1 1/3 cup | Water |
1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1 packet | SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g |
50 g | Long bean, thinly sliced |
3 | Winged bean, sliced |
25 g | Chicken floss |
½ bulb | Ginger torch, thinly sliced |
3 stem | Laksa leaf, stem removed |
Method
- Combine rice grain, water and cooking oil in rice cooker with SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
- Stir well and let it cook.
- Once the rice is cooked, add in long bean, winged bean, chicken floss, ginger torch and laksa leaf.
- Mix well and ready to serve.
