Product Used for the Recipe
Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax
|1 ½ cup||Rice grain, washed|
|1 1/3 cup||Water|
|1 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|1 packet||SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g|
|50 g||Long bean, thinly sliced|
|3||Winged bean, sliced|
|25 g||Chicken floss|
|½ bulb||Ginger torch, thinly sliced|
|3 stem||Laksa leaf, stem removed|
1. Combine rice grain, water and cooking oil in rice cooker with SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
2. Stir well and let it cook.
3. Once the rice is cooked, add in long bean, winged bean, chicken floss, ginger torch and laksa leaf.
4. Mix well and ready to serve.
