Herbal Rice

Herbal Rice

Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax

1 ½ cup Rice grain, washed
1 1/3 cup Water
1 tbsp Cooking oil
1 packet SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g
50 g Long bean, thinly sliced
3 Winged bean, sliced
25 g Chicken floss
½ bulb Ginger torch, thinly sliced
3 stem Laksa leaf, stem removed
  1. Combine rice grain, water and cooking oil in rice cooker with SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning 26g.
  2. Stir well and let it cook.
  3. Once the rice is cooked, add in long bean, winged bean, chicken floss, ginger torch and laksa leaf.
  4. Mix well and ready to serve.
