1/2 tsp | Mustard seed |
1 medium | Potato, peeled and sliced |
1/2 tbsp | Garlic paste |
1/2 tbsp | Ginger paste |
1 small | Onion, chopped |
1 pc | Green chili, sliced |
1 pc | Red chili, sliced |

300 g | Squid, cut into rings |
1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
1/4 tsp | Salt |

- Heat oil, sauté mustard seed until crackle.
- Add in potato, stir until half cook.
- Add in garlic, ginger paste, onion and chilies. Stir until well.
- Toss in the marinated squid, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt and cook for 3-4 minutes. Ready to serve.
