|3g (1/2 teaspoon)||Turmeric powder|
|4g (1/2 teaspoon)||Fine salt|
|1g (1/4 teaspoon)||AJI-NO-MOTO®|
- Cut chicken into medium size and put into container.
- Add in turmeric powder, fine salt and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
- Mixed well and set aside.
- Heat sufficient oil for deep-frying and put chicken into wok.
- Fry till golden brown and crispy.
- Take it out and set aside
