Keema Matar-Dry Mutton Curry
Recipe Description
Delicious dishes are served with bread or hot rice. Keema Matar-Dry Mutton Curry recipe is easy to prepare in a simple way.
Ingredients
400 g | Minced mutton |
4 tbsp | Oil |
2 | Onion, finely chopped |
½ tbsp | Ginger paste |
½ tbsp | Garlic paste |
2 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning |
1 cup | Green peas |
2 | Tomato, finely chopped |
½ cup | Water |
3 tbsp | Coriander leaves, finely chopped |
Ingredients A:
1 tsp | Chilli powder |
½ tsp | Turmeric powder |
1 tbsp | Coriander powder |
1 tsp | Garam masala |
1 tsp | Cumin powder |
Method
- Heat oil, saute onion, garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
- Add ingredients (A), cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in mutton and TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning, stir well. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
- Add in green peas, tomato and water. Let it boil until water dries out. Garnish with coriander leaves.
