Kerabu Salad

Serving Suggestion: 4 – 6pax

500g Squid
3 cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
1 Red Onion (sliced)
8 Bird’s Eye Chili (finely chopped)
1 Tomato (finely chopped)
3 stalks Lemongrass (finely chopped)
4 Shallot (finely chopped)
2 pieces Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
2 pieces Ginger Flower (finely chopped)
3 Red Chili (finely chopped)
Ingredients for Sauce:
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Deep Fry Seasoning
3 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  1. Put all the ingredients for sauce in the pan. Cook over low heat until the brown sugar dissolves. Set it aside.
  2. Cut squid into rings and boil it.
  3. Mix all the ingredients with the sauce until it is even.
  4. Leave it in the fridge for an hour then it is ready to be served.
