This Kerabu Salad is delicous to eat by itself. It tastes sour, sweet and a bit spicy. The recipe is also easy by simply using fresh ingredients.
Serving Suggestion: 4 – 6pax
|3 cloves||Garlic (finely chopped)|
|1||Red Onion (sliced)|
|8||Bird’s Eye Chili (finely chopped)|
|1||Tomato (finely chopped)|
|3 stalks||Lemongrass (finely chopped)|
|4||Shallot (finely chopped)|
|2 pieces||Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)|
|2 pieces||Ginger Flower (finely chopped)|
|3||Red Chili (finely chopped)|
Ingredients for Sauce:
|3 tbsp||Brown Sugar|
|2 tbsp||Fish Sauce|
|1 tbsp||SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Deep Fry Seasoning|
|3 tbsp||Lime Juice|
|1 tbsp||Sesame Oil|
1. Put all the ingredients for sauce in the pan. Cook over low heat until the brown sugar dissolves. Set it aside.
2. Cut squid into rings and boil it.
3. Mix all the ingredients with the sauce until it is even.
4. Leave it in the fridge for an hour then it is ready to be served.
