Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad

Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad recipe can definitely be appetising for the whole family. This dish is very easy and quick to prepare. Very nutritious!
Ingredients
Enough | Oil, for deep frying |
450 g | Lady’s finger, washed & cut into small rounds |
200 g | Red ripe tomato, diced |
2 medium | Red onion, peeled & diced |
1 no | Green chilli, chopped |
10 g | Young ginger, finely chopped |
1 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
270 – 300g | Thick yoghurt |
To taste | Salt |
Method
- Heat oil in a wok, fry lady’s finger until brown. Drain and keep aside.
- Put tomato, red onion, green chilli and young ginger into a bowl.
- Add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, AJI-NO-MOTO® and yoghurt, just before serving. Or mix them all with the lady’s finger and keep in refrigerator (as a cold salad). Add salt to taste.
- Serve with white rice or ghee rice or briyani rice.
