Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad

Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad recipe can definitely be appetising for the whole family. This dish is very easy and quick to prepare. Very nutritious!

Enough Oil, for deep frying
450 g Lady’s finger, washed & cut into small rounds
200 g Red ripe tomato, diced
2 medium Red onion, peeled & diced
1 no Green chilli, chopped
10 g Young ginger, finely chopped
1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
270 – 300g Thick yoghurt
To taste Salt
  1. Heat oil in a wok, fry lady’s finger until brown. Drain and keep aside.
  2. Put tomato, red onion, green chilli and young ginger into a bowl.
  3. Add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black PepperAJI-NO-MOTO® and yoghurt, just before serving. Or mix them all with the lady’s finger and keep in refrigerator (as a cold salad). Add salt to taste.
  4. Serve with white rice or ghee rice or briyani rice.
