Lady’s Finger in Yoghurt Salad recipe can definitely be appetising for the whole family. This dish is very easy and quick to prepare. Very nutritious!
|Enough||Oil, for deep frying|
|450 g||Lady’s finger, washed & cut into small rounds|
|200 g||Red ripe tomato, diced|
|2 medium||Red onion, peeled & diced|
|1 no||Green chilli, chopped|
|10 g||Young ginger, finely chopped|
|1 tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper|
|270 – 300g||Thick yoghurt|
- Heat oil in a wok, fry lady’s finger until brown. Drain and keep aside.
- Put tomato, red onion, green chilli and young ginger into a bowl.
- Add in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper, AJI-NO-MOTO® and yoghurt, just before serving. Or mix them all with the lady’s finger and keep in refrigerator (as a cold salad). Add salt to taste.
- Serve with white rice or ghee rice or briyani rice.
