Macaroni Cheese
Recipe Description
In contrast to other Macaroni Cheese, this recipe uses anchovies TUMIX® flavoring essences, various vegetables and flavoured crab filament. Definitely easy to prepare, delicious and creamy.
Ingredients
2 tbsp | Butter |
½ no | Yellow onion, sliced thinly |
100 g | Chicken meat, diced |
1 tbsp | Flour |
200 ml | Milk |
Some | Parsley, finely cut for garnishing |
Ingredients A:
1 tsp | TUMIX® Ikan Bilis (Anchovy) Stock |
½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
100 g | Finely grated cheddar cheese |
2 cups | Ready cooked macaroni /penne pasta |
100 g | Crab stick, diced |
50 g | Frozen peas |
50 g | Frozen corn |
50 g | Red pepper, diced |
Method
- Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onion until fragrant.
- Add in chicken, stir until cook.
- Stir in flour and mix well. Slowly add in milk till smooth.
- Stir in all ingredients (A) and mix well.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
