Macaroni Cheese
In contrast to other Macaroni Cheese, this recipe uses anchovies TUMIX® flavoring essences, various vegetables and flavoured crab filament. Definitely easy to prepare, delicious and creamy.
| 2 tbsp | Butter |
| ½ no | Yellow onion, sliced thinly |
| 100 g | Chicken meat, diced |
| 1 tbsp | Flour |
| 200 ml | Milk |
| Some | Parsley, finely cut for garnishing |
Ingredients A:
| 1 tsp | TUMIX® Ikan Bilis (Anchovy) Stock |
| ½ tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
| 100 g | Finely grated cheddar cheese |
| 2 cups | Ready cooked macaroni /penne pasta |
| 100 g | Crab stick, diced |
| 50 g | Frozen peas |
| 50 g | Frozen corn |
| 50 g | Red pepper, diced |
- Melt butter in saucepan, sauté onion until fragrant.
- Add in chicken, stir until cook.
- Stir in flour and mix well. Slowly add in milk till smooth.
- Stir in all ingredients (A) and mix well.
- Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
