Enough Cooking oil
1 pcs Chicken/Beef burger patty
6 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
10 g Margarine
1 no  Burger bun, cut into 2 and spread margarine
Enough Mayonnaise
1 pcs Lettuce (or shredded cabbage – optional)
10 g Yellow onion, thinly sliced 
2 shakes AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
Enough Chili sauce
  1. Heat the cooking oil. Grill burger patty over medium heat until cooked through. Shake AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper 3 times on both sides of patty during cooking. Keep aside.

  2. Toast the bun until slightly brown both sides.

  3. On bottom bun, pipe on mayonnaise, place lettuce, burger patty, yellow onion then pipe mayonnaise, chili sauce and top with 2 shakes of AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Then place the top bun.
