Recipe Description

Masak Merah Chicken

Serving Suggestion

8-10 pax

1 Chicken, cut
1 tbsp SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning
Enough Cooking oil
Ingredients A: gravy
3 packs SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning
¾ cup Water
1 Onion, thinly sliced
1 Yellow onion, sliced into rings
2 Coriander leaves
1. Marinate chicken with SERI-AJI® Multipurpose Seasoning.
2. Fry until crispy and set aside.
3. Mix SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning with water until well combined.
4. Heat ½ cup of frying oil, fry onion until soften.
5. Add in SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning mixture, boil until thicken.
6. Add in fried chicken and yellow onion. Mix until chicken is coated with the sauce.
7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
8. Ready to serve.
