2 tbsp Diced onion
3 petals Star anise
1/2 stick Cinnamon
2 tbsp SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning
3/4 cup Water
100 g Medium prawn, head and vein removed
1/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning
1 tbsp Coconut milk
Method
Method
  1. Heat oil, stir-fry onion, star anise and cinnamon stick until fragrant.
  2. Add in SERI-AJI® Masak Merah Seasoning and water.
  3. Let it boil, add in prawns and AJI-NO-MOTO®.
  4. Cook until prawns are done. Add in coconut milk and stir well at the end.
