Mee Fritter

Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Full of seasonings that make noodle lovers enjoy something different.

1 packet | Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g |
325 ml | Water |
2 pcs | Dried plain noodle, soaked in hot water until soft and cut |
1 | Red onion, sliced |
100 g | Carrot, cut into matchstick |
3 stalks | Crab filament, cut |
20 g | Celery leaf, cut |
Enough | Cooking oil |

- Mix Seri-Aji® Fritter Seasoned Flour 225g with 325ml water.
- Add in mee, red onion, carrot, crab filament and celery leaf into the batter. Mix well.
- Take a spoon of the batter, place on heated fritter mould and fry until golden brown.

Make sure the fritter mould is hot enough before placing the mixture so that the fritter does not stick to the mould.
