Mixed Vegetable with Cabbage

Serving suggestion: 4 – 6 pax

200 g Chicken meat, sliced
½ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1 ½ tsp Salt
2 tsp Sweet soy sauce
¼ tsp Sesame oil
1 ½ tbsp Cooking oil
3 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
½ inch Ginger, thinly sliced
2 Red chilies, slanting sliced
150 g Carrot, cut in to stick
1 cup Hot water
150 g Shimeji mushroom
250 g Cabbage, cut
  1. Marinate the chicken with AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt, sweet soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, ginger and red chillies.
  3. Add in marinated chicken and stir-fry for a while.
  4. Add in carrot and hot water, stir until half cooked.
  5. Add in mushroom and cabbage. Stir well until fully cooked. Ready to serve.
