Murabyan Prawn (Abu Dhabi Style Prawn)

500 g | Prawn, medium size |
1 tbsp | SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Spicy) |
2 tbsp | Olive oil |
2 tbsp | Butter |
1 | Onion, chopped |
2 cloves | Garlic, chopped |
½ tbsp | SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning |
100-150 ml | Water |
Enough | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
2 tbsp | Coriander leaves, chopped |
1-2 tbsp | Lemon juice |

- Mix prawn with SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Spicy)
- Heat up olive oil and butter, and saute the onion.
- When it is golden brown, add in garlic, and stir for a minute.
- Put in the prawns and SERI-AJI® Anchovy Fried Rice Seasoning, mix well. Pour some water and stir for a while.
- When the prawn is cooked, place in AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper, coriander leaves and lemon juice.
