| 6 nos | Eggs |
| 4 nos | White button mushroom, diced |
| 1 nos | Tomato, diced |
| ½ no | Holland onion, chopped |
| ½ cup | Baby spinach, sliced |
| ½ cup | Fresh milk |
| ½ cup | Grated mozzarella cheese |
| ½ tbsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |

- Mix all ingredients together well with AJI-SHIO® Flavored Pepper.
- Scoop the mixture inside a muffin tray or muffin cup.
- Bake the mushroom muffin in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Ready to serve.
