Ingredients
6 nos | Eggs |
4 nos | White button mushroom, diced |
1 nos | Tomato, diced |
½ no | Holland onion, chopped |
½ cup | Baby spinach, sliced |
½ cup | Fresh milk |
½ cup | Grated mozzarella cheese |
½ tbsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper |
Method
- Mix all ingredients together well with AJI-SHIO® Flavored Pepper.
- Scoop the mixture inside a muffin tray or muffin cup.
- Bake the mushroom muffin in the preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
- Ready to serve.
