1 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 tbsp Chopped onion
1 no Tomato, chopped
60 g Diced potato
1/4 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
1 ½ tsp Cumin powder
1 ½ tsp Coriander powder
1 ½ tsp Masala salt
2 tsp Meat curry powder
90 g Minced lamb
100 ml Warm water

Method
Method
  1. Heat palm oil with cumin seeds until they begin to crackle.
  2. Stir in garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
  3. Stir in onions, tomato and diced potato.
  4. Add in all spices and stir well.
  5. Toss in minced lamb and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
  6. Reduce the heat, pour in water and season with TUMIX®.
  7. Add in green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with cilantro and fold in wrap and lettuce.
