1 tsp | Cumin seeds |
1 tsp | Garlic paste |
1 tsp | Ginger paste |
2 tbsp | Chopped onion |
1 no | Tomato, chopped |
60 g | Diced potato |
1/4 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
1 ½ tsp | Cumin powder |

100 ml | Warm water |

Method
- Heat palm oil with cumin seeds until they begin to crackle.
- Stir in garlic and ginger paste until fragrant.
- Stir in onions, tomato and diced potato.
- Add in all spices and stir well.
- Toss in minced lamb and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
- Reduce the heat, pour in water and season with TUMIX®.
- Add in green peas and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro and fold in wrap and lettuce.
