Mutton Masala

| 4 tbsp | Cooking oil |
| 4 tbsp | Ghee |
| 1 kg | Mutton |
| 5 cups | Water |
| 2 tbsp | Tomato puree |
| 3 tbsp | Yogurt |
| 1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
Ingredients A: spices
| 2 stick | Cinnamon |
| 6 | Cardamom |
| 4 | Clove |
| 3 piece | Bay leaves |
| 15 | Black peppercorn |
Ingredients B: blended
| 2 | Yellow onion |
| 8 clove | Garlic |
| 1 inch | Ginger |
| 3 tbsp | Garam masala |
| 2 tbsp | Chili powder |
| 1 tsp | Tumeric powder |
| Some | Water |

- Heat the cooking oil and ghee. Saute the ingredient (A) until fragrant.
- Fry the blended ingredient (B) until oil saperated.
- Add in mutton and mix well.
- Add in water and tomato puree, mix well. Braise for a while.
- Add the yogurt, season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Braise for about 1 ½ hours or until the mutton is tender.
- Ready to serve.
