Recipe Description

Onion Fried Egg is simple to cook while it is very delicious and appetising. The egg and onion aroma is so tempting. You can either serve onion fried egg with hot rice or bread.

Ingredients
Ingredient:
5 Egg
½ tbsp Soy sauce
¾ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¾ tsp Salt
½ Large onion, sliced thinly
Enough Cooking oil
Method
1. Beat the eggs with soy sauce, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and onion until well combined. 
2. Heat oil, pour in the egg mixture. Fry both sides until golden brown.
3. Serve hot with rice. 
Tips

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 16% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
