½ tbsp Soy sauce
¾ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¾ tsp Salt
½ Large onion, sliced thinly

Method

Beat the eggs with soy sauce, AJI-NO-MOTO®, salt and onion until well combined. 
Heat oil, pour in the egg mixture. Fry both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot with rice.
