Grilled Salmon Steak
Ingredients
120 g | Salmon fillet |
1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
1/3 tsp | AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper |
½ tbsp | Olive oil |
Some | Parsley for garnishing (optional) |
Method
- Marinate salmon fillet with chopped garlic and AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper.
- In a non-stick pan, heat ½ tbsp of olive oil.
- Cook salmon 5-7 min (skin down).
- Turn fillet over and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes.
- Salmon is cooked when the salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
Stir-fried Broccoli with Garlic
Ingredients
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
1 tsp | Chopped garlic |
1 cup / 60 g | Broccoli florets |
2 tbsp | Water |
½ tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Method
- In a non-stick pan, heat sesame oil.
- Add chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and season with TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
- Stir-fry broccoli, add some water and cover.
- Let it cook not more than 2-3 minutes to maintain its the colour and crispness.
Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
250 ml | Chicken Clear Soup |
1/4 cup | Carrot, cubed |
1/4 cup | Celery, cubed |
1 tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Method
- In a pot, add in all the ingredients and let it boil.
- Serve hot.
