|2 cups||Wheat flour|
|½ cup||Rice flour|
|2 cups||Cold water|
|10 piece||Prawn, skin removed, cut into small pieces|
|100 g||Bean sprout|
|100 g||Carrot, match stick cut|
|100 g||Oyster mushroom, slice|
|40 g||Chive, cut into 3cm|
- Mix wheat flour, rice flour, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt in a bowl, mix well.
- Add in water and mix until well combined.
- Add in prawn, bean sprout, carrot, oyster mushroom and chive. Mix until even.
- Heat cooking oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread. Fry over medium heat until both side become crispy.
- Serve with chili sauce.
