Pancake Prawn Fritter

| 2 cups | Wheat flour |
| ½ cup | Rice flour |
| ½ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
| 2 tsp | Salt |
| 2 cups | Cold water |
| 10 piece | Prawn, skin removed, cut into small pieces |
| 100 g | Bean sprout |
| 100 g | Carrot, match stick cut |
| 100 g | Oyster mushroom, slice |
| 40 g | Chive, cut into 3cm |
| Enough | Cooking oil |
| Enough | Chili sauce |

- Mix wheat flour, rice flour, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt in a bowl, mix well.
- Add in water and mix until well combined.
- Add in prawn, bean sprout, carrot, oyster mushroom and chive. Mix until even.
- Heat cooking oil, pour a ladle of batter and spread. Fry over medium heat until both side become crispy.
- Serve with chili sauce.
