Peanut Anchovies Crunch

|5 strings||Dried chili, cut slanting|
|3 tbsp||Seri-Aji® Anchovy Flavour Fried Rice 72g|
- Heat cooking oil. Fry until crisp anchovies, peanuts and dried chili leaves and kaffir lime leaves separately, drain and set aside.
- In a clean pan, add anchovies, peanuts, dried chilies and kaffir lime leaves and sprinkle Seri-Aji® Anchovy Flavour Fried Rice 72g and fry for a while using low heat. Turn off the heat after the powder is smooth and covers all the ingredients.
- Ready to be served.
