Pickled vegetables are a common condiment in many cuisines. Pickled vegetables are a great way to add zest to your plain meals. They are also a great way to use up excess fruits and vegetables. They are easy to make and can be stored in a jar or container in the fridge for several days. There are many different types of pickles that can be made, including cucumber, carrot, pineapple, and shallots.
