Pineapple Fried Rice
Easy Fried Rice recipe and simple to cook by using Seri-Aji® Anchovy Flavour Fried Rice seasoning. This Pineapple Fried Rice is very suitable to be served during sahur in the month of Ramadan or breakfast because it is complete with protein sources such as Shrimp, Squid and Eggs as well as the unique taste of the pineapple fruit in it that can provide full energy throughout the day.
|¼ cup||Cooking oil|
|½ no||Yellow onion, chopped|
|150 g||Pineapple, cut into small cubed|
|5 pcs||Prawn (medium-sized), shell removed and cut into cubed|
|3 pcs||Squid (medium-sized), cut into rings|
|550 g||White rice|
|1 packet||Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Bilis 26g|
|2 strings||Spring onion, sliced|
- Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté the onions until golden brown and fragrant.
- Add pineapple, prawn and squid, stir-fry and add eggs, let them become half-cooked and stir well.
- Add rice and Seri-Aji® Perencah Nasi Goreng Bilis 26g. Stir-fry until well-mixed.
- Add spring onion and mix well.
- Ready to be served.
