Potato Roundies

250 g (2 nos) Potato, peeled and sliced
Enough Oil, for deep frying
Ingredients A:
100 g Minced chicken
1 Spring Coriander, finely cut
1 Egg, lightly beaten
½ cup Breadcrumbs
1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
1 pack / 90 g SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original)
  1. Boiled potatoes until soft and mash it.
  2. Combine mashed potato with all ingredients (A) and roll into balls.
  3. Heat enough oil. Gently lower in the potato balls and fry till golden.
  4. Serve with mayonnaise and chilli sauce.

*Minced chicken can change to Surimi
