|100 g||Minced chicken|
|1||Spring Coriander, finely cut|
|1||Egg, lightly beaten|
|1 tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|1 pack / 90 g||SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original)|
- Boiled potatoes until soft and mash it.
- Combine mashed potato with all ingredients (A) and roll into balls.
- Heat enough oil. Gently lower in the potato balls and fry till golden.
- Serve with mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
