Want something different for an afternoon tea? Try Potato Ball recipe which is easy and also suitable as a light dish in the morning.
|250 g (2 nos)||Potato, peeled and sliced|
|Enough||Oil, for deep frying|
|100 g||Minced chicken|
|1||Spring Coriander, finely cut|
|1||Egg, lightly beaten|
|1 tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper|
|1 pack / 90 g||SERI-AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original)|
1. Boiled potatoes until soft and mash it.
2. Combine mashed potato with all ingredients (A) and roll into balls.
3. Heat enough oil. Gently lower in the potato balls and fry till golden.
4. Serve with mayonnaise and chilli sauce.
