|4 /800 g||Potatoes, large size, peeled|
|2 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|5||Chicken ham slice|
|1||Red onion, cut into cubes|
|1 stick||Celery, cut into cubes|
|3||Egg, boiled and chopped|
Ingredients A: salad dressing
|½ tbsp||Mustard sauce|
|1 tsp||Lemon juice|
|1 ½ tsp||AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper|
- Boil the potatoes for 12-15 minutes, let it cool and cut into cubes.
- Heat the cooking oil, pan fried the chicken ham slice until golden and chops them. Set aside.
- Combine all ingredients (A) together with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
- Ready to serve.
