Potato Salad

Appetizing Potato Salad is absolutely easy to prepare. Suitable for breakfast as well as a simple dish at night.

Serving suggestion: 4-6 pax

4 /800 g Potatoes, large size, peeled
2 tbsp Cooking oil
5 Chicken ham slice
1 Red onion, cut into cubes
1 stick Celery, cut into cubes
3 Egg, boiled and chopped
Ingredients A: salad dressing
½ cup Mayonnaise
½ tbsp Mustard sauce
1 tsp Lemon juice
1 ½ tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
  1. Boil the potatoes for 12-15 minutes, let it cool and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat the cooking oil, pan fried the chicken ham slice until golden and chops them. Set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients (A) together with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper. Mix well.
  4. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, toss well.
  5. Ready to serve.
