Ingredients A:

200 ml Coconut milk
250 ml Water
1 pc Dried tamarind
12-15 Prawns, medium sized
1 pc Turmeric leaf, torn into 4 pieces
1 ¾ tsp  AJI-NO-MOTO®
3/4 tsp Salt

Ingredients B: blended

1/2 Onion 
2 cloves Garlic 
1 inch Turmeric
4-5 Birds eye chilies
1/4 cup Water

Method
  1. Combine blended ingredients with coconut milk, water and dried tamarind.
  2. Cook on medium heat and stir often.
  3. When gravy boils, add prawns, turmeric leaf, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  4. Let it boil once again and serve hot.
