Ingredients A:
200 ml | Coconut milk |
250 ml | Water |
1 pc | Dried tamarind |
12-15 | Prawns, medium sized |
1 pc | Turmeric leaf, torn into 4 pieces |
1 ¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
3/4 tsp | Salt |
Ingredients B: blended
1/2 | Onion |
2 cloves | Garlic |
1 inch | Turmeric |
4-5 | Birds eye chilies |
1/4 cup | Water |

- Combine blended ingredients with coconut milk, water and dried tamarind.
- Cook on medium heat and stir often.
- When gravy boils, add prawns, turmeric leaf, AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Let it boil once again and serve hot.
