Prosperous Golden Seafood Fried Rice

Delicious and aromatic fried rice which is rich in seafood taste.

| 5 nos | Egg, separate yolk and white |
| 1100 g | White rice |
| 120 ml | Cooking oil |
| 100 g | Dried scallop, soaked with hot water for 20 minutes & loosened |
| 6 stalks | Crab filament stick, sliced |
| 150 g | Squid, cleaned and cut |
| 15 pcs | Shrimp, cleaned, peeled and deveined |
| 50 g | Spring onions, chopped |
| 3½ tbsp | Seri-Aji® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning 72g |
Topping
| 60 g | Ebiko |

- Mix egg yolks with white rice evenly. Keep aside.
- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry dried scallop until browned and fragrant.
- Add in crab filament stick, squid, shrimp and spring onions. Continue to stir fry until cooked, then add in white eggs and stir-fry.
- Add rice coated with egg yolk and sprinkle 3½ tbsp Seri-Aji® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning. Stir-fry until mixed-well.
- Top with ebiko and serve hot.
