Recipe Description

Pumpkin Delight

Enough Banana leaves for wrapping
125 g SERI AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original)
Enough Cooking oil for frying
Some Lettuce
Some Chilli or tomato sauce
Ingredients A:
500 g Pumpkin, finely shredded
70 g Dried prawns, lightly toasted and lightly blended
3 nos Egg
125 g SERI AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original)
50 g Wheat flour
1 tsp AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Pepper
1. Combine all the ingredients (A) together and mix well.
2. Divide into 10 portions and spoon into lightly oiled banana leaves.
3. Wrap and allow to steam for at least 20 minutes. Allow cool and keep in fridge until ready to serve.
4. Lightly coat the ready pumpkin delight with SERI AJI® Seasoned Flour (Original) and fry till golden.
5. Serve with lettuce and chilli or tomato sauce.
