|250 g||Pumpkin, steamed|
|4 ½ tbsp||Sugar|
|1 ½ cup||Wheat flour|
|1 ½ tsp||Baking powder|
|100 g||Pumpkin, small diced|
- Mashed the pumpkin with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt.
- Add in wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
- Add in the diced pumpkin into the mixture.
- Heat the cooking oil, fry until evenly brown.
Tips: Stir the cooking oil in circular motion while frying the fritters to form even round shape and colour.
