Pumpkin Fritters

Pumpkin Fritters

Serving suggestion: 4-6 pax

250 g Pumpkin, steamed
¼ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
4 ½ tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Salt
1 ½ cup Wheat flour
1 ½ tsp Baking powder
100 g Pumpkin, small diced
Enough Cooking oil
  1. Mashed the pumpkin with AJI-NO-MOTO®, sugar and salt.
  2. Add in wheat flour, and baking powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add in the diced pumpkin into the mixture.
  4. Heat the cooking oil, fry until evenly brown.
    Tips: Stir the cooking oil in circular motion while frying the fritters to form even round shape and colour.
