|1 ½ tbsp||Cooking Oil|
|2||Shallot, thick sliced|
|2 cloves||Garlic, thinly sliced|
|80 g||Prawn, cleaned|
|80 g||Carrot, slanting sliced|
|80 g||Baby Corn, slanting sliced|
|1 tbsp||Rasa Sifu™ All-In-One Seasoning|
- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallot and garlic until fragrant.
- Add in the prawn and stir-fry for a while.
- Add in carrot and baby corn. Stir-fry until half cooked.
- Add in cauliflower, broccoli and water. Stir-fry for a while.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™ and mix well.
- Ready to serve.
