Rasa Sifu Mixed Vegetables

Serving Suggestion: 4-5 pax

Ingredients:
1 ½ tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Shallot, thick sliced
2 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
80 g Prawn, cleaned
80 g Carrot, slanting sliced
80 g Baby Corn, slanting sliced
80 g Cauliflower
180 g Broccoli
5 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All-In-One Seasoning
Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry shallot and garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add in the prawn and stir-fry for a while.
  3. Add in carrot and baby corn. Stir-fry until half cooked.
  4. Add in cauliflower, broccoli and water. Stir-fry for a while.
  5. Season with Rasa Sifu™ and mix well.
  6. Ready to serve.
