Spices Fried Chicken

Serving Suggestion: 4 – 5pax

Ingredients:
800 gm Chicken
Sufficient Cooking Oil (for frying)
Ingredient For Marination (A):
2 tbsp Salt
3 tbsp Sugar
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 tbsp Curry Powder
1 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO® Umami Seasoning (Flavor Enhancer)
1/2 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock Powder
Blended Ingredient (B):
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
1 tsp Aniseeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
5 nos Shallot
1 no Red Onion
4 pips Garlic
1/2 inch Ginger
1/2 inch Galangal
2 stalks Lemon Grass
Method
  1. Clean and cut the chicken into few pieces.
  2. Marinate the chicken with ingredients A and B.
  3. Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minit.
  4. Heat up oil and deep fried the chicken.

TipsAdd oil to ensure the chicken can be marinated well.
