2 tsp Cooking oil
4 cup Water
200 g Spinach, leaf and stem separated
3 sliced Carrot, shredded
1 Egg
¾ tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
¾ tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock

2 tbsp Anchovy
¼ Onion, sliced
1-2 Garlic, sliced
Method
Method
  1. Heat  oil, sauté Ingredients (A) until fragrant. 
  2. Pour water, bring to a boil.
  3. Add in the stems, carrot, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® Chicken Stock into the pot.
  4. Once the stems turn soft, add in spinach leaf and eggs. Then turn off the heat and serve hot.
