4 cup | Water |
200 g | Spinach, leaf and stem separated |
3 sliced | Carrot, shredded |
1 | Egg |
¾ tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
¾ tsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
Ingredient A:
2 tbsp | Anchovy |
¼ | Onion, sliced |
1-2 | Garlic, sliced |
Method
- Heat oil, sauté Ingredients (A) until fragrant.
- Pour water, bring to a boil.
- Add in the stems, carrot, AJI-NO-MOTO® and TUMIX® Chicken Stock into the pot.
- Once the stems turn soft, add in spinach leaf and eggs. Then turn off the heat and serve hot.
Tips
