Ingredients
250 g | Chicken meat |
150 g | Prawn meat |
50 ml | Water |
1 pcs | Chinese black mushroom, soak in water and cubed |
½ sprig | Chopped spring onion |
½ tbsp | Grated Ginger |
1 tbsp | TUMIX® Chicken Stock |
½ tbsp | Sugar |
½ tbsp | Oyster sauce |
¼ tsp | Dark soy sauce |
1 packet | Japanese Gyoza pastry skin |
Method
- Blend the chicken meat and prawn meat with some water until it is sticky.
- Mix all the rest ingredients except pastry skin. Mix well.
- Scoop the filling onto pastry skin, wrap it to form a dumpling shape.
- Steam the dumpling for 25 minutes or until the filling cooked.
- Ready to serve.
