100 g Minced chicken
5 Egg
200 ml Water
1 tsp TUMIX® Chicken Stock
Enough Cooking oil
Some Spring onion
3/4 tsp Sesame oil

Ingredients A:

1/3 tsp Pepper powder
3/4t tbsp Corn starch
1 Egg white
3/4 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/8 tsp Salt
Method
Method
  1. Marinate minced chicken with ingredients (A) at least 30 minutes.
  2. Mix well the eggs, water and TUMIX® Chicken Stock.
  3. Apply some cooking oil on the steam tray.
  4. Mix well the eggs and minced chicken.
  5. Pour into the tray and steam for 15 minutes or until cooked.
  6. Sprinkle the spring onion and sesame oil, serve hot with rice.

Tips
  1. With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 13% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
  2. Use medium heat (not high heat) to cook to prevent the egg from forming lumps.
