1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1/2 no | Onion, sliced |
1/2 tbsp | Chopped garlic |
300 g | Angled loofah, peeled and sliced |
1 no | Egg, beaten lightly |
Ingredient A: seasoning
2 tbsp | Water |
1/2 tsp | Sugar |
1/8 tsp | White pepper powder |
1/3 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/3 tsp | Salt |
Method
- Heat cooking oil, stir fry the onion and garlic until golden brown.
- Add in the angled loofah and seasoning (A), stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in beaten egg and stir gently. Serve hot.
