Stir-Fried Cabbage Mamak-style

Typical vegetable menu in Mamak restaurants, now you can cook it at home.

2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
2 cloves | Garlic, minced |
1 no | Shallot, sliced |
1 tsp | Mustard seeds |
50 g | Carrot, julienned |
1 string | Curry leaf |
½ no | Green chili, sliced |
1 tsp | Turmeric powder |
300 g | Cabbage, sliced |
1½ tbsp | Rasa Sifu™ All-In-One Seasoning |

- Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, shallot and mustard seeds until fragrant.
- Add in carrot, curry leaves, green chili and turmeric powder, continue frying until the carrot is almost cooked.
- Add in cabbage, stir-fry until cooked.
- Season with Rasa Sifu™ and mix well.
- Ready to serve.
