Typical vegetable menu in Mamak restaurants, now you can cook it at home.

2 tbsp Cooking oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 no Shallot, sliced
1 tsp Mustard seeds
50 g Carrot, julienned
1 string Curry leaf
½ no Green chili, sliced
1 tsp         Turmeric powder
300 g  Cabbage, sliced
1½ tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All-In-One Seasoning
Method
Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry garlic, shallot and mustard seeds until fragrant.
  2. Add in carrot, curry leaves, green chili and turmeric powder, continue frying until the carrot is almost cooked.
  3. Add in cabbage, stir-fry until cooked.
  4. Season with Rasa Sifu™ and mix well.
  5. Ready to serve.
