Stir-Fried Fern Shoot with Anchovy

Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax

2 tbsp Cooking oil
200 g Fern shoot, take only the tender part
¼ cup Water
½ tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
10 g Anchovies, washed and fried
Ingredients A: pounded
1 Shallots
2 cloves Garlic
3 stalk Red chili
  1. Heat cooking oil, fry ingredients (A) until fragrant.
  2. Add in fern shoot and water. Stir-fry until soften.
  3. Season with Rasa Sifu™.
  4. Add in anchovy and stir well.
  5. Ready to serve.
