Stir Fried Lady’s Finger with Chili

Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax

Ingredients:
3 tbsp Cooking oil
15 stalk Lady’s Finger, slanting cut
½ cup Water
1 tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
Ingredients A: pounded
2 Shallots
5 cloves Garlic
5 stalk Red chili
Method
  1. Heat cooking oil, fry ingredients (A) until fragrant.
  2. Add Add lady's finger and water, mix well.
  3. Season with Rasa Sifu™, mix well.
  4. Ready to serve.
