Stir-Fried Long Bean & Bean Curd with Egg

Stir-Fried Long Bean & Bean Curd with Egg

Serving suggestion: 4-5 pax

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 White bean curd, cut
3 Shallots, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
1 Red chili, sliced
350 g Long bean, cut into 3 cm
¼ cup Water
2 tsp Rasa Sifu™ All In One Seasoning
2 Eggs
Method
  1. Heat cooking oil, fry bean curd until crispy. Set aside.
  2. With the same cooking oil, sauté shallot, garlic and red chili until fragrant.
  3. Add in long bean and mix well.
  4. Add in water and stir for a while.
  5. Season with Rasa Sifu™.
  6. Add in egg and mix well until the egg is cooked.
  7. Add in fried bean curd and mix well.
  8. Ready to serve.
