Stir-fried Mee Hoon Singapore Style

Everyone loves Singapore Stir-fried Mee Hoon, just like everyone loves Kampung Fried Rice. Well, maybe it’s just you, not your friends around you. Convince them today, and let them know how tasty the Singapore stir-fried Mee Hoon can be, simply by adding SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning.

| 3 tbsp | Oil |
| 1 | Egg |
| 1 | Sliced Shallot |
| 1 clove | Sliced garlic |
| 130 g | Soaked Mee Hoon |
| 1 sachet | SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning |

- Heat oil. Stir-fry egg then set aside.
- Saute shallot and garlic until fragrant. Mix in the fried egg.
- Sprinkle 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning and stir well.
- Add mee hoon and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.

Add a little water if mee hoon sticks to wok.
