Stir-fried Mee Hoon Singapore Style

3 tbsp Oil
1 Egg
1 Sliced Shallot
1 clove Sliced garlic
130 g Soaked Mee Hoon
1 sachet SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning
  1. Heat oil. Stir-fry egg then set aside.
  2. Saute shallot and garlic until fragrant. Mix in the fried egg.
  3. Sprinkle 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Yong Chow Fried Rice Seasoning and stir well.
  4. Add mee hoon and stir-fry until even. Serve hot.

Tip: Add a little water if mee hoon sticks to wok.
