Glass noodles that are cooked with egg and minced meat are well-liked by people. It can be served on its own or with rice.

Bahan-bahan:
200 g | Minced chicken |
4 | Egg |
3/4 tsp | TUMIX® Perencah Pati Ayam |
1/3 tsp | Pepper powder |
3 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1/2 biji | Minced garlic |
2 clove | Bawang putih cincang |
50 g | Suhun, soaked in water and drained |
3/4 tbsp | Corn flour, mix with 1 tbsp water |
Ingredients A: marinate
1/3 tsp | Pepper powder |
1 tsp | Corn starch |
1 tsp | Sesame oil |
1/2 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1/3 tbsp | Fish sauce |
3/4 tsp | Thick soy sauce |
1 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/4 tsp | Salt |

- Marinate the chicken with ingredients (A) at least 1 hour.
- Mix egg with chicken powder and pepper powder.
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the egg. Once cooked, turn off the heat, and put aside.
- Heat the 2 tbsp of oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add the marinated chicken, then stir-fry until cooked.
- Add in tang hoon and egg, then mix well.
- Add in some corn flour mixture. Serve hot with rice.
