Recipe Description

Glass noodles that are cooked with egg and minced meat are well-liked by people. It can be served on its own or with rice.



200 g Minced chicken
4 Egg
3/4 tsp TUMIX® Perencah Pati Ayam
1/3 tsp Pepper powder
3 tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 biji Minced garlic
2 clove Bawang putih cincang
50 g Suhun, soaked in water and drained
3/4 tbsp Corn flour, mix with 1 tbsp water

Ingredients A: marinate

1/3 tsp Pepper powder
1 tsp Corn starch
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
1/3 tbsp Fish sauce
3/4 tsp Thick soy sauce
1 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/4 tsp Salt
  1. Marinate the chicken with ingredients (A) at least 1 hour. 
  2. Mix egg with chicken powder and pepper powder.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp of oil, stir-fry the egg. Once cooked, turn off the heat, and put aside. 
  4. Heat the 2 tbsp of oil, sauté onion and garlic. Add the marinated chicken, then stir-fry until cooked. 
  5. Add in tang hoon and egg, then mix well.
  6. Add in some corn flour mixture. Serve hot with rice. 

With the application of AJI-NO-MOTO®, it is able to reduce about 16% of sodium while maintaining the same deliciousness of the dish.
