Ingredients
1 ½ tbsp | Cooking oil |
1/2 no / 50 g | Onion, sliced |
2 cloves | Garlic, sliced |
300 g | Okras, slant cut into 1/4 inch thickness |
1/3 tsp | AJI-NO-MOTO® |
1/3 tsp | Salt |
1 no | Egg |
Method
- Heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until light brown.
- Add okra, stir-fry until a bit soft.
- Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
- Lastly add in egg in the middle of wok, stir well until cooked and well combined.
