1 ½ tbsp Cooking oil
1/2 no / 50 g Onion, sliced
2 cloves Garlic, sliced
300 g Okras, slant cut into 1/4 inch thickness
1/3 tsp AJI-NO-MOTO®
1/3 tsp Salt
1 no Egg

Method
  1. Heat the oil, saute onion and garlic until light brown.
  2. Add okra, stir-fry until a bit soft.
  3. Season with AJI-NO-MOTO® and salt.
  4. Lastly add in egg in the middle of wok, stir well until cooked and well combined.
