1 tbsp | Cooking oil |
1/3 tsp | Mustard seed |
1 medium size | Onion, sliced |
1 sprigs | Curry leaf |
400 g | Pumpkin, remove skin and cut thin slices |
100 ml | Water |

1/2 tbp | Chili powder |
1/2 tbp | Turmeric powder |

Method
- Heat cooking oil in a wok, stir fry mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves until the onions are brown.
- Add in pumpkin, seasonings (A) and water.
- Stir well and cover until the pumpkin is soft, serve warm.
