|2 clove||Garlic (sliced)|
|250 g||Water spinach (cut into 4cm)|
|1 sachet||SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning|
- Heat oil. Saute shallots and garlic till fragrant.
- Add water spinach and water. Stir until half-cooked.
- Sprinkle 1 sachet of SERI-AJI® Kampung Fried Rice Seasoning.
- Stir fry until vegetables is fully cooked. Serve hot.
Tip: Suitable for all types of vegetables.
