|1 nos||Chopped garlic|
|1 nos||Shallot, sliced|
|100g||Carrot, cut into strips|
|100g||French beans cut slant-wise into 1cm long|
|1 nos||Red chili, sliced|
|1 tbsp||TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning|
|3 tbsp||Cooking oil|
|6 tbsp||Water (if needed)|
- Heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant. Add carrot, cabbage and French beans.
- Sprinkle with TUMIX® Chicken Stock Seasoning and stir-well.
- Add in chili slices and stir to combine.
- Add some water if needed.
- Turn off the heat if the vegetable is cooked.
