Stir-Fry Water Spinach

Serving suggestion: 4-6 pax

Ingredients A: pounded
2 iji Shallot
3 cloves Garlic
1 Red chili
Ingredients B:
1 tbsp Cooking oil
400 g Water spinach
3 tbsp Water
½ tbsp Rasa Sifu™ All- In-One Seasoning
Method
  1. Heat the cooking oil, stir-fry ingredients (A) until fragrant.
  2. Add in water spinach and water. Stir-fry for a while.
  3. Season with Rasa Sifu™. Stir-fry well until water spinach has soften.
  4. Ready to serve.
